COMPENSATION BOARD "EL PARRAL"

In this Project the object was to make the management and zoning easier in a planning area which development had been stopped in its, completing the first phase to urbanize the area and allowing the implementation of residential or endowment use, facilitating the opening of connecting streets between Bristol Street and Azcona Street through the obtention of the needed land reserves.

In L&A we intervene to organize legally the urban promotion through the constitution of the Propierty owners join development board, the draft of its bases and statutes and at last drafting the Compensation Project, supervising and following it till the end.
